Supplement No. 4 to combine ADA-31935 and ADA-31788

PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement No.4 to Concession Agreement ADA-31935 in the North and South Terminals at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This Supplement combines Concessionaire’s two concession agreements (ADA-31935 and ADA-31788) and adds term (5 years) to the surviving agreement. APPLICANT: Alaska Channel, Inc TERM: Until March 31, 2031.  AUTHORIZED USES: non-exclusive rights to 1) develop, construct, place, operate, maintain, and sell advertising on static displays and electronic media such as Concessionaire-provided electronic and high-tech displays, touch screen displays, column wraps, or other advertising displays 2) develop and sell advertising on State-provided and maintained electronic displays at specified locations deemed appropriate in the Airport’s terminals.

International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 4:30 P.M. on or before May 23, 2024, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Supplement.
