ITB No. 240000026 Nome Janitorial Services
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide janitorial service for the Nome Hangar located in Nome, Alaska. Information on required services can be found in the ITB and supporting documents attached to this posting.
Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for receipt of bids submitted in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Time on May 10, 2024. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
Site Visit. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the work site so that they can see the conditions under which the work described in this ITB will be performed. The bidder's failure to visit the work site will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions, and specifications of this ITB. The site may be inspected by contacting Gavin Fairbanks at mvafrmocontracts@alaska.gov or via telephone at 907.885.9879.
Potential Offerors are required to have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and vehicle registration. The site inspection will be conducted on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, at 10:30AM AKST. Potential Offerors will meet at the Nome Armory located at 206 East Front Street, Nome Alaska 99762. Upon arrival, the Building Maintenance Manager and interested parties will proceed to the Nome Hanager (1230 Center Creek Road, Nome Alaska, 99762).
