On April 12, 2024, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations changes in Title 12, Chapter 52 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with closure of a pharmacy and examination requirements for licensure.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 19, 2024, and are effective on May 19, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
