The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development , Division of Community and Regional Affairs (DCRA), Rural Utility Business Advisor program, is soliciting proposals to annually provide three online classes and one classroom-based training in regional settings QuickBooks Pro accounting software tailored for rural sanitation utility, city, and agency staff.
The Department estimates a budget of between $24,000 and $36,000 for the completion of this project. Proposals priced at more than $40,000 annually or $280,000 over all terms of the contract will be considered non-responsive.
Proposals must be received no later than 16:00 prevailing Alaska Time on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Email is the only acceptable method of submitting a proposal.
