CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)
Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. Z686570000/0003189; Southcoast Regionwide Non-NHS Slope Stabilization, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time July 23, 2020, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
This Federal State funded project will repair and/or rehabilitate unstable slopes on Non-NHS roads within the Southcoast Region. This project will target two areas in Ketchikan. Scaling and installation of rock bolts at Shoreline Dr, and scaling, installation of rock bolts, and rock attenuator netting along S. Tongass Highway.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work shall be completed by April 30, 2021. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.

Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
