GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located near Caribou Creek near MP 109 of the Glenn Highway

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Sections 9, 16, 17, & 20 of Township 10 East, Range 20 North, Seward Meridian

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Cross country travel of heavy equipment to include one mini-excavator for use on a mining claim.

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
