Furnishall labor, tools, local supervision, and perform routine summer and wintermaintenance of the Takotna Airport facility which includesAlaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) owned maintenance equipment, buildingstructures and roadways located on airport property unless otherwisedesignated.  The State may opt to offerrenewal of this contract for five (5) additional one yearperiods.
