Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: HILCORP ALASKA, LLC
PROJECT NAME: LAS 32271
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately 0.14 acre (60 feet by 100 feet) of sea floor immediately offshore of the existing F Pad within the Milne Point Unit (MPU), 70.507606° N, -149.660607° W, NAD 1983.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 6, Township 13 North, Range 10 East, Umiat Meridian
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Land use permit to conduct maintenance screeding/dredging of sea floor sediments at a barge landing immediately offshore of the existing Milne Point Unit (MPU) F Pad for transporting drilling rigs and drilling equipment with the barge to and from F Pad.

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Northern Regional Land Office, 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above.
