ADL 233104: Public Access Easement, Tyone lake, near the Community of Lake Louise.

Applicant: State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Office (SCRO).

 

Pursuant to Alaska Statue 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Office is considering creating a public easement between Lake Susitna and Lake Tyone. More specifically the proposed easement will be located either side of the lot line common to lots 3 and 4 of USS 4591 and will extend from the Northern corner common to lots 3 and 4 to the mean high-water mark of Lake Tyone.

 

 The proposed easement is to be located on State owned, DMLW-managed uplands within:

 

·         Section 14 of Township 8 North, Range 8 West, Copper River Meridian.

 

The proposed easement is approximately 1000 feet in length, 100 feet wide and would occupy approximately 2.30 acres of State land. If approved the easement will be developed at a later date upon request. The proposed easement is indicated in Attachment A.

 

Members of the public and interested parties are invited to comment on this project. DMLW must receive written comments no later than 5:00 pm March 28th, 2018. In order to be given full consideration, all comments should clearly explain the facts on which they are based and how they pertain to the proposed easement.
