INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Glenn Highway MP 34-42 Structure Removal, Project Number 0A15024 / Z581040000A, will be received until 2:00 p.m., February 7, 2018 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project includes the demolition and removal of multiple improvements, structures, and obstructions located from MP 34-42 on the Glenn Highway in Palmer, Alaska as specified and as shown on the project drawings.
There is a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit scheduled for January 30, 2018, at 11:00 am. Meet in the parking area of Parcel 17, 8801 Tex Cobb Circle in Palmer, Alaska.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be May 15, 2018.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
