REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals for ANC South Terminal Gate C-8 Jet Bridge Design-Build, Program Number CSAPT00388, will be received until 4:00 p.m., February 5, 2018 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services, as required, to construct a new apron drive passenger loading bridge (PLB) at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be October 24, 2018.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for January 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Room C3980, 5000 W. International Airport Road (Airport Design Office) to be escorted to the work area. Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded proposal forms in any way. Electronic proposals will not be accepted.
RFP documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
