INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Parks Hwy: MP 83-99 Rehabilitation, Pedestrian, and Passing Lane Improvements, Contract Number PRKPAV2017, will be received until 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2017 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project consists of three projects. Project No. 0A41032/Z561770000 Parks Hwy: MP 90-99 Rehabilitation, Project No. 0A41037/CFHWY00127 HSIP Parks Hwy: Systemic Passing Lanes MP 83-99 and Project No. 0A4-1(030)/Z581170000 Parks Highway Talkeetna Spur Road Pedestrian Improvements. Contract work includes roadway rehabilitation, shoulder widening, passing lanes, channelization improvements at the Talkeetna wye and Susitna Valley High School, drainage and culvert improvements, clearing vegetation, driveways and approaches, signs and striping, and guardrail and end treatments.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be October 31, 2019.

Your fax must include your company name, contact name, mailing address, phone and fax number, and whether your company is registering as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier. You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
