INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Kodiak DPS Hangar Renovation, Program Number 2501000031, will be received until 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2017 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This State-funded project in Kodiak, Alaska includes the upgrade of the existing envelope to insulated metal panels, re-insulation and re-skinning of the hangar bi-fold door, replacement of exterior doors, structural upgrades, infill of an existing door opening, minor mechanical and electrical work.
Non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 1, 2017 at 1:00pm.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be June 15, 2018.
