OOOGURUK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue an Air Quality Control Operating Permit No. AQ0911TVP02 to Caelus Natural Resources Alaska, LLC for the Oooguruk Development Project, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Emissions: The potential annual emissions at the source will not exceed: 17 tons PM, 359 tons NOx, 114 tons SO2, 473 tons CO, and 40 tons VOC.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the Oooguruk Development Project.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the permit after the close of the public comment period. ADEC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
