COLASKA, INC. dba Quality Asphalt Paving, INC.

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: COLASKA, INC. dba Quality Asphalt Paving, INC.

PROJECT NAME: LAS 31632

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located at approximately milepost 29.5, on the northeast side of the Richardson Highway, adjacent to Thompson Pass Airstrip.
 
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 13, Township 8 South, Range 3 West, Copper River Meridian.  

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: To store a mobile office trailer, a field laboratory, and park vehicles during construction of the Richardson Highway MP 24-35 Resurfacing Project. 
 
PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: April 15, 2017
End: October 15, 2017

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: April 7, 2017

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 550 West 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
