Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has received an application for the following:

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately 7 miles north of Nenana extending about 1000 feet from the Parks Highway Right-of-Way.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: DMLW has received an application for an amendment from GVEA for ADL 415841, a public utility easement north of Nenana. GVEA has requested that the easement term be amended and extended in perpetuity as the constructed line is still in use. PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: January 25, 2018
End: Until No Longer Needed
DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: 4/12/2017
The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity.
