Proposed Easement for Road in Two Rivers - ADL 420227

A request for a public right of way easement from the DNR, DMLW, Northern Region Lands Section has been received.  The DNR, DMLW is seeking your written comments on the proposed issuance of the DMLW’s authorization.

APPLICANT:  Richard Heieren

LOCATION:

Proposed easement is located in Sections 4, 8, 17 and 16, Township 1 South, Range 3 East, Fairbanks Meridian, heading south from Sands Lane located off Chena Hot Springs Road, to Tract A, Section 21, Township 1 South, 3 East, Fairbanks Meridian.

Proposed easement is within the Fairbanks North Star Borough and the Doyon Limited Region, though no corporation lands are affected.  It is not within a coastal district.

PROPOSED PROJECT:

Mr. Heieren submitted an application for a public right of way easement to construct a road to his private property located in Two Rivers. The new road would make his property accessible from Chena Hot Springs Road.

DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN COMMENTS:  

Written comments must be received in writing by the DMLW, Lands Section on or before 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 in order to ensure consideration.
