Notice of Application to Abandon Oil Pipeline Facility
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on December 5, 2014, a joint application was filed by BP Pipelines (Alaska) Inc., ConocoPhillips Transportation Alaska,Inc., and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company (collectively referred to as the Applicants) for approval to permanently discontinue use of the West Tank Farm at the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) Valdez Marine Terminal. The Applicants are active owners of TAPS. Docket No. P-14-028 was opened to address this matter.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with this application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of this application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by December 26, 2014.
