Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC d/b/a Badami Oil Pipeline (Nutaaq) has filed a tariff revision (TL41-524) seeking to revise rates for petroleum transportation service. TL41-524 is being filed pursuant to the Badami Oil Pipeline Settlement Agreement accepted by Commission Order No. P-98-012(5) on June 22, 2004. The proposed rate revision is shown below.
