Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA gives notice that Alaska Pacific Environmental Services – Dutch Harbor, LLC d/b/a Pacific Waste (APES-Dutch) filed tariff revision TA22-654, proposing an interim across-the-board rate increase of 11.49 percent and a permanent rate increase based on the outcome of the concurrently filed revenue requirement, cost of service, and rate design study with a 2013 test year. In addition, APES-Dutch proposes eliminating the standard service rate. Proposed interim and permanent rates are compared with currently approved rates in the table below. Rates shown below do not include any applicable taxes or regulatory fees.

With TA22-654, APES-Dutch filed a request for waiver of the requirements of 3 AAC 48.275(a)(8), 3 AAC 48.275(a)(11), and 3 AAC 48.275(a)(12), requiring pro forma schedules of provision for income taxes, cash working capital, and cost of capital.
