The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08059 (Parcel A), consisting of approximately 25,000 square feet, at Cold Bay Airport for an additional 10 years, to expire July 1, 2023.  Applicant:  Warren Brown.  Annual rent:  $720.  Authorized uses:  non-aviation - private residence, storage building and conex, vehicle parking, building for commercial clients of Lessee’s guiding/outfitting business.
