Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made Preliminary Decisions to re-offer 10 year sub-tidal aquatic farm leases to Pac Alaska LLC and Paul Fuhs.  These sites are located in Coho Cove, South Sykes, West Gravina, Point Alava, and Black Island.

The public is invited to review and comment on these Decisions.  A copy of these Decisions can be found at www.dnr.alaska.gov/commis/pic/pubnotfrm.htm or is available in hardcopy upon request.   Questions concerning how to comment should be directed to Adam Smith at (907) 269-8557 or by e-mail at adam.smith@alaska.gov or by fax to (907) 269-8913.  All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 5:00 PM on October 31, 2014.  To be eligible to appeal DNR’s Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
