NOTICE OF CONSUMER INPUT HEARING

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) will hold a Consumer Input Hearing at City Hall in Delta Junction to take testimony and public comment in regards to the quality of service provided by Delta Sanitation, Inc. (Delta Inc.), operating as a refuse utility in the area of Delta Junction under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 266.  Docket U-14-108 was opened to address this matter.

All interested persons are invited to attend and make comments at the hearing.
