Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY
COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR Natural Gas Company
(Enstar), a natural gas utility, filed tariff revision TA261-4, in which it
proposes revisions to its Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) methodology to allow annual
rather than quarterly GCA filings. Specifically,
Enstar proposes annual filings made on or before July 1 of each year with a
provision allowing for quarterly revisions to reflect changes in the weighted
average unit cost of gas that can be effective for periods of other than twelve
months. Enstar requests that TA261-4
become effective at the end of the statutory review period on September 29,
2014.
This notice does
not detail all of the revisions proposed in TA261-4. The Commission may approve a rate or
classification which varies from those proposed. You may obtain more information about this
