NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

State Vocational Rehabilitation Committee to meet in Fairbanks
September 11 - 12, 2014

The State Vocational Rehabilitation Committee (SVRC) will hold its fall quarterly meeting on September 11 - 12, 2014 in Fairbanks.

Meeting Schedule Details

September 11

• Location: The Yukon Conference Room at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel and Conference Center, 813 Noble St., Fairbanks, AK 99701.
• The meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
• Public Testimony on the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation’s services will be heard from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the Yukon Conference Room at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel and Conference Center.

• Location: Fairbanks SpringHill Suites by Marriott Conference Room, 575 1st Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701.

• The meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

How to Participate in the Public Testimony

1. In-person by coming to Yukon Conference Room at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel and Conference Center, 813 Noble St, Fairbanks during the public testimony portion of the meeting on September 11, 2014 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
2. By email to Jason.Caputo@alaska.gov or by fax to Jason Caputo at 907-465-2856. Your email or fax should include your permission to read it aloud at the public meeting and sent by 5:00 p.m., September 8, 2014.
3. By phone on September 11, 2014 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Call 1-888-354-0094 and, when prompted, enter the conference code number 2179208 followed by the # sign.
4. In writing and including your permission to read aloud at the public meeting, by mailing your comments with enough time to reach our office by 5:00 p.m., September 8, 2014 to:

Emailed, faxed or written testimony received after 5:00 p.m., September 8, 2014 will be read at a future SVRC quarterly public meeting.  

If you intend to provide your testimony in person or by phone, letting us know in advance will help us better coordinate the public testimony.
