The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Statewide Maintenance & Operations Office, is soliciting proposals for the acquisition and implementation of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Hosted or Non-Hosted software system to provide for a centrally managed and supported badging and access control system at sixteen (16) DOT&PF owned rural airports, to meet TSA Part 139 certified airport requirements and regulations.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 1, 2014 at 1 PM to discuss the scope of work and any other RFP topics. Please RSVP with the Procurement Officer to receive call in information for the conference and an agenda.
Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) September 11, 2014 at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive (PO Box 112500), Room 310 in Juneau, Alaska 99811-2500.

If you download the RFP, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
