Public Meeting Draft Disparity Study

DISPARITY STUDY 
PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE 

You are invited to attend one of two public meetings to provide your comments the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Availability and Disparity Study Update.

These public meetings are being conducted to allow the business community, to include Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), an opportunity to provide comments to the draft Availability and Disparity Study Update. The study examined the procurement of services and products for the ADOT&PF, the subcontracting participation of prime contractors/service providers who do business with the ADOT&PF and whether there is evidence to support the continuation of the federal DBE program.

Comments will be accepted until April 18, 2014. A copy of the draft Availability and Disparity Study Update can be found at:  http://www.dot.state.ak.us/cvlrts/index.shtml where you can also leave your comments.  Comments can also be submitted to dennis.good@alaska.gov.
