The University
of Alaska Fairbanks is inviting consulting firms to submit a proposal for
providing design and construction administration for the Akasofu Restoration
project located on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks,
Alaska.

documents for this project are available in electronic form. They may be viewed online and downloaded
without charge and without deposit from http://facilities.alaska.edu/uaf/fsProps/rfp.cfm. Proposers must register through the website
to be notified of addenda. The proposer
is responsible for periodically checking the site.
Printed copies
may be ordered from reprographic companies by contacting a reprographer
directly and supplying the downloaded files.
The downloaded files may also be printed on the plan holder’s
equipment. Plan holders are responsible
for their own reproduction costs.

University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Submit six (6) copies
of the proposal with a Statement of Qualifications and any additional material,
demonstrating interest, experience and qualifications. All forms and proposals

Proposals
and forms must be delivered no later than 5:00 p.m., March 26, 2014, to be
considered.
Proposals will
be evaluated by a selection committee, resulting in a short list of up to three
(3) firms. The selection committee will
conduct interviews and a selection will be made in accordance with current
Board of Regents policies.
The University of Alaska reserves the
right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive
any informality in the proposal received, and to award in the best interest of
the University.
