The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 7B, Block 200, consisting of approximately 37,500 square feet (ADA-72201), at Deadhorse Airport for 30 years, to expire May 1, 2044.  Applicant:  True North Constructors, Inc.  Authorized uses:  non-aviation – Parking and storage of construction equipment; construction of shop for heavy equipment and oil & gas repair and storage; construction of commercial camp facility; installation of two – 1,000 gallon fuel tanks; installation of one 20-ft tall yard light pole.  Annual rent:  $6,337.50.
