**************** The Dept. of Natural Resources has issued amendment #1 to this RFP. The amendment is attached to this notice. The purpose of the amendment is to make one minor change to the RFP. ************

The State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is soliciting informal proposals for a qualified contractor to provide consulting services to assist DNR to develop min closure and reclamation cost estimation guidelines for the Office of Project Management & Permitting.

If you download this solicitation and are interested in submitting a proposal, you must register with the Procurement Officer. Failure to do so may result in your proposal being declared non-responsive.

Proposals must be submitted to the address shown in the attached IRFP not later than 4:00 p.m. on March 3, 2014.

The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities
Act. Offerors who need auxiliary aids or services to participate in this
procurement must contact the Procurement Officer as soon as possible.
