The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is seeking competitive proposals to contract with a qualified supplier for the purchase of emergency food products for the State of Alaska as specified in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).   

Pre-Proposal Conference.  A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Alaska time on December 18, 2013 in the B216 Conference Room at the Alaska National Guard Armory, Camp Denali, 49000 Army Guard Road, Suite B216, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, 99505.  Information on the conference can be found in paragraph 2.02 of the attached RFP.  A teleconference call in number will be made available to those offerors who register with the DMVA Procurement Officer for the subject RFP. 

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals. Current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to the subject RFP is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on February 4, 2014. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached RFP. Late offers will be rejected.
