The potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the source will not exceed: 0.5 tons of Particulate Matter, 6.2 tons of Nitrogen Oxides, 0.04 tons of Sulfur Dioxide, 5.3 tons of Carbon Monoxide, and 245 tons of Volatile Organic Compounds. The total emissions of regulated air pollutants is 257 tons per year.

Opportunity for Public Participation:
Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents within 30 days after the first publication date. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the permit after the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received before 5:00 p.m. May 28, 2013.
