Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Southeast Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Jake Dempsey D.B.A. Hillside Equipment LLC

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Naukati Red Rocks (ADL 107652) pit is a DNR managed material source in the Naukati Bay area. Located along Forestry Development Road (FDR) 2058 at milepost 2.07 in Section 22, Township 69 South, Range 80 East, Copper River Meridian: 55.8763N, 133.1309W

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 3,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
