In accordance with 17 AAC 45.300, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 5A, Block 1, consisting of approximately 61,088 square feet (ADA-51081), at King Salmon Airport by offering it for Sealed Bid.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical/Mixed Use.  Minimum Rental Bid:  $13,256.10 per year.  Term:  Based on the dollar amount of improvements to be constructed on the property starting with a minimum required investment of $7,500 for a term of 6 years to an investment of $337,500 for up to 50 years.

Sealed bid proposals will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 p.m. (Alaska Standard Time) on Friday, January 30, 2026.  At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read.  Bids received after the designated time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened.
