NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO LEASE STATE LAND: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute Land Use Permit ADA-90975, as follows:  PERMITTEE: Alaska Air Fuel Inc  PREMISES: Misc, Block, Lot 1, consisting of approximately 13,720 square feet.  PERMIT TERM: One (1) year, beginning August 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025.  PERMIT RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $3,018.40 ($0.22 per square foot x 13,720 square feet)
