NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF

THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD Eff. 08/09/2024

On April 16, 2024, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 305. The regulations concern trade practices.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 10, 2024, and are effective on August 09, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 251, October 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 08/09/2024.
