ADA-32370 Notice of Application for Land Lease at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Lake Hood Seaplane Base

The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32370, as follows: LESSEE: K-Lot, LLC. PREMISES: Block 13, Lot 1 consisting of approximately 199,000 square feet. LEASE TERM: up to thirty-five (35) years. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Development, operation and maintenance a multi-structure general aviation aircraft hangar complex; base of operations for lodge aircraft; development and maintenance of driveways, ramps and taxi-lanes for vehicle/aircraft access, and vehicle parking areas; storage, maintenance, loading and unloading of aircraft; uses incidental to the aviation uses listed above that do not interfere with the primary aviation use purposes of the premises.

H, Mail Stop 2544, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attention: Tim Coons, Lake Hood Seaplane Base, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, 4451 Aircraft Drive, Ste. H, Mail Stop 2544, Anchorage, Alaska, 99502, but must be received by 4:00 P.M. on or before August 25, 2022 after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.
