PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF TERMINAL SPACE

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Terminal Building Lease ADA-90577 at Fairbanks International Airport.  The lessee is Twigs Gifts, Inc.  The existing lease will expire on December 31, 2022.  This supplement is to extend the Premises to include Room 1802A, which is approximately 257 square feet.  The annual rental for the additional terminal space will be $6,425.00, based on the rate of $25.00 per square foot per year.  The additional leasehold area would be used for storage and office space.

The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in the premises description, lease term, or the purposes of any amendment issued and may reject any or all comments.
