PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 3, Lot(s) 7 & 8, containing approximately 231,230 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90922, and the applicant is Interior Hangars, LLC.  The term of the lease is 55 years commencing April  18, 2022 through April 18, 2077.  Annual rent for the land is 27,747.60, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.
