PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF LAND

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Land Lease Agreement ADA-90682 at Fairbanks International.  The lessee is Arctic Sands, LLC.  The proposed amendment would extend the current premises, Block 3, Lot 4B, to include Block 3, Lots 5 and 6 to assist with aircraft operations. The proposed extension is 256,300 square feet with a rent of $30,756.00 per year, calculated at the current aviation rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.
