PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF LAND

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Land Lease Agreement ADA-90157 at Fairbanks International Airport.  The lessee is Stephen Cooper.  The agreement is in holdover, and the proposed amendment would extend the term of the lease by 4 years – through June 30, 2025.  This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. 

The annual rental is $576.00 is based on the current aviation rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.

The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in the premises description, lease term, or the purposes of any amendment issued and may reject any or all comments.
