PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute four Land Leases at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 99, Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, each lot containing approximately 14,300 square feet.  The file numbers are ADA-90909, ADA-90910, ADA-90911 and ADA-90912, and the applicant is James Arpino.  The term for each of the leases is 45 years commencing September 20, 2021 through August 31, 2066.  Annual land rent for each lot is $1,716.00, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.
