PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND
AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 102, Lot 2, containing approximately 17,500 square feet. The file number is ADA-90899, and the applicant is SkyKing Investments, LLC. The term of the lease is 43 years commencing April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2065. Annual rent for the land is $2,100.00, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year. The authorized aeronautical uses for the lease will include FAA authorized UAS repair and storage.
Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5:00 p.m., July 29, 2021, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
