Alaska Section 1332 Innovation Waiver Public Forum will be held on June 16, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the forum will be held telephonically*. Interested parties may attend by teleconference as listed below, or may submit comments in writing up to 5:00 pm Alaska Time Zone on June 16, 2021.

*On May 4, 2021, Alaska submitted a request for modification of normal post-award forum procedures during the public health emergency pursuant to 45 CFR § 155.1320(c)(2) to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to mitigate the potential risk associated with COVID-19 by holding the 2021 1332 waiver public forum telephonically without an option for the public to attend in-person.

On June 3, 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of the Treasury determined that Alaska’s proposed modified post-award forum procedures met the requirements set forth in 45 CFR § 155.1320(c)(2).
