Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED-CBPL

On April 2, 2021, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations establish new occupational licensing biennial registration renewal fees for massage therapy establishments and fees for changes of location.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on May 7, 2021, and will go into effect on June 6, 2021. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 238, July 2021 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
