Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an amendment application for the following:
APPLICANT: Rick and Claudia Dolfi
PROJECT NAME: LAS 33544
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: A cross-country travel route, located in southcentral Alaska, approximately 60 miles northeast of Palmer in the Talkeetna Mountains. From MP 123 Glenn Highway, the requested route travels northwest along RST 1426 Belanger Pass, travels west along RST 433 Caribou Creek for approximately 10 miles to access a private parcel.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicants Rick and Claudia Dolfi are requesting an amendment for the addition of a seasonal route (May through October) for movement of heavy equipment for one small dozer to a private parcel, in addition to their authorized winter seasonal route.
PROPOSED DATES OF USE:
Start: May 1, 2021
End: October 31, 2023

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 PM on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
