Purpose of the IRFP
The purpose of this Informal Request for Proposal is to seek out and engage professional firms with expertise in training environmental professionals in the following areas: High Risk Communications and Negotiation and Conflict Diffusion.
Proposals must be received by May 26, 2021 prior to 4:00 p.m., Alaska Time.
