Purpose of the RFP
The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department
of Environmental Conservation, is soliciting proposals for a term contract from qualified professionals to
review and comment on documents submitted to the Division of Spill Prevention and Response for
activities conducted at contaminated sites and leaking underground storage tank sites, participate in
project meetings, and review and comment on meeting minutes as requested by the Project Manager (PM).
Proposals must be received by May 17, 2021 prior to 4:00 p.m., Alaska Time.
