NOTICE OF AMENDED VERSION OF MATERIAL
PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
As required by AS 44.62.245, the Department of Health & Social Services gives notice that the following amended version of material adopted by reference in 7 AAC 27.012, 7 AAC 57.990, and 7 AAC 160.900, under authority of AS 44.62.245 and AS 47.05.012, and dealing with the Preventive Medical Services. Birth Defects Registry, Child Care Facilities Licensing. Definitions, and Medicaid Program; General Provisions. Requirements adopted by reference, is in effect:
Amended version of the material adopted by reference: The International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM), 2021 Edition.

The effective date for the amended version of the material described above is January 1, 2021.
