PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 104, Lot 2, containing approximately 60,000 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90891, and the applicant is MHS LLC.  The term of the lease is 55 years, commencing April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2076.  Annual rent for the land is $7,200.00, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.
